Conjurer Healing Questions

Soooo.......I have a few questions i would really appreciate to be answered.

1st- Is there a certain lvl were you can officially pick your role
2nd- Were is all the Conjurer specific gear at! I see gladiator gear all the time. No conjurer? Or again do you need to become a certain lvl to start obtaining conjurer healer gear
3rd- Are there things that i should be doing while leveling up to become a better healer?

I am currently a level 11, but on other MMO's I started building up my healer at about a level 10 so not sure. THX for looking and hope to hear something

Level 30 is when you can choose your advanced class.
Gear is gotten from quests and dungeons. Mouse over your quest rewards for the class acronym CNJ. It will be green, which means that this is for you.
Becoming a better healer has less to do with leveling up, and more to do with group content. If you want to be a good healer, learn the cast times of your spells, learn when and where to use them, learn what stats support healing spells and do lots of dungeons when you can. Even the guildhests. You cannot become a good healer overnight, it takes practice and lots of patience.

It seems as though all the gear that drops from quests is quests and dungeons is either for decip. of war or for all classes, so of coarse i choose the all classes. Hopefully when i start to get into higher levels more conjurer gear will come with my missions. Again thank you and if you have any other suggestions im all ears!

And there is no word yet on exactly what functionality the Vita will have in regards to this game.

Lvl 21 Conj here and i've noticed too a very low number of Conj drops during dungeons too

To become a better healer what i did was to go to a populated hunting ground [area where a lot of people do their leves] and try and keep everybody healed. Of course since you aren't on their teams, you'll have to display PC health bars constantly via the options but this creates an awareness within you to be constantly checking out a large number of health bars and to teach you the basic skill of move + heal.

Seems like such a simple idea but it really does help a lot and got me personally ready for the dungeon runs i then have done. Simply this is because my mind is now trained/ready for 10 - 15+ players which constantly need heals compared to a dungeon in which i only have to heal 1/2 people at a time.

Plus, you get a lot of "thank you"s while "training" there which always makes a healer feel good

I also seem to have the same problem at level 22 of all the gear that drops none is conjurer specific , i tend to end up in "all Class's" gear , i am even leveling weaving in the hope i can actually craft better gear than drops. I have yet to see any specific healer gear drop in dungeons , i see lots of warrior, lancer and glad stuff drop but no caster gear.

They've said before that they will not be adding mic capabilities to this game, iirc. Using a 3rd party thing (ie, Vent, Mumble.) with your LS/FC on your computer is a-o-kaay though!
