    I got back from school and was going to log in as usual and my password wouldnt work so I changed it. After that I had trouble logging into forum/Lodestone/Moogle station because they said I had no character. When I finally got to moog station my character was not appearing, so I decided to refresh and my gladiator finally popped. But now my account is inactive and all my game time has been canceled. Also I could never enter my 20 digit code before and now it tells me that it's already used ?.. I never had so much trouble with an online and this is far from being my first one :S. Hope you get your thing fixed KeikoSoma, they shouldnt toy around with our money.

    Edit : Just saw the post by rabbit. I owned the original FF14 and never played again. I bought FF14 A realm reborn so I bought the game twice and put in my new codes and got early access with no bonus from my old FF14.

    Diablo III had a lot of server issues too when they first started. A lot. I think this is worse though. Blizzard got major hackings once as well, but never ever had payment issues or customer service problems with them. Hope yours gets fixed as well ureizz

    Yeah but with blizzard I managed to get answered and my game time didnt randomly disapear..

    Agreed. At least with them it was frustrating but I didn't feel compelled to fly there and make their customer service talk to a player face to face and watch them squirm when they realize there's real people paying for their product -_-

    Did you play during 1.0? If so, then you're account is considered a Legacy account and therefore your issue is working as intended. As a Legacy Player you were in fact given access to the game for free and allowed to play the game originally until September 10th. Then they gave all accounts the free 7 days, which increased your play time until Today, the 17th. As a legacy player you also get a special monthly rate for the game as well.


    Here is the pertinent information regarding the Legacy Campaign:

    FFXIV: ARR Legacy Campaign

    The Legacy Campaign is a loyalty reward available to players who stuck with 1.0 during the rough periods and subscribed to the game for at least 90 days. Square Enix feels that they should reward this loyalty with a lower monthly fee as well as other bonuses.

    Players with legacy status will be entitled to an exclusive chocobo mount which will become available with the launch of FFXIV: A Realm Reborn. They will also be able to request that their name is displayed in the credits for FFXIV: ARR. Another bonus is that legacy players will gain early access to the launch of FFXIV: ARR along with players who pre-ordered the game.

    To qualify for a legacy account you must have subscribed for at least 90 days before June 30th 2012, 2012. As a result this means that it is no longer possible to qualify for legacy status. If you qualify for legacy status you will know about it via a logo in the character select screen.

    Where can I see that my account is considered legagy? I never got any warning or bonus for that and couldnt play without buying the game a second time.

    If you note i was only responding to the OP, your issue is entirely different. His/Her game time was not cancelled, but ran out, nor was he/she having an issue with their characters not appearing. If your account did get hacked then the procedure for getting your game time back will be totally different
