My subscription was cancelled 17 days early?

We preordered the game, entered codes, ect, and on 9/14, it said I had 3 days left in my subscription. I thought it was a mistake. I updated my debit card info as I lost my one on file. Today, it shows my subscription ended. I thought it was supposed to be 30 days +7 days they added for all the login issues? I don't have any money til Friday. I've been waiting 1 hour to talk to Customer Service and it still says 1 hr 24 minute wait. I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION BACK!

Your account will not use reoccurring billing from the same card unless you specifically set it up for recurring billing and that card is also on the list of acceptable cards.

Some people pay one to three months at a time with Crysta, credit card or with one of the bill pay services that also need to be refilled with credits/cash... but in order to have reoccurring billing from the same card every month or any kind of billing model, you need to specify this by choosing a payment model in Mog Station.

Adding your credit card in account services must also be followed with activating a reoccurring billing pay model in Mog Station. If your old credit card with reoccurring billing has changed, you need to put in the new card then choose reoccurring billing in Mog Station.

If you paid 3 months with Crysta, at the end of those three months, your account is considered unregistered until you re-establish a plan to pay. Adding Crysta also must be followed by activating a pay model in Mog Station:

Same problem here ! I was playing Early access and I was supposed to have 17 more game time what the hell is wrong with this game ????

Thanks for the info MSTow, it doesn't relate to my problem though. I updated the card to an unrelated problem...lost card, and it was fine for 3 days. Square Enix has since cancelled my subscription that should have 17 days left as I pre-ordered my copy and had the 30 day trial code...plus they added on 7 days for all users due to the login problems at launch. They are cheating me out of 17 days of play time and I can't pay for it right now even if I wanted to let it go. I won't be able to pay til Friday. I've been trying to get ahold of Customer Service to get my trial period correctly reinstated but it's over a 2 hour wait.

I forgot to mention that I think that my account got hacked because I couldnt log in and had to change my password. After multiple try my character finally appeared on the mog website, currently waiting for customer support. This game promised 1 month + 1 week and they manage to find way to cancel it.

That didn't happen to me, but after seeing all the hacked posts, I was encouraged to install the one time passowrd program on my Android to prevent that from happening.

Since the date is the same 1.0 players had to pay, is there a chance you got flagged as one for some reason? Not saying that is the cause, but it's what popped into my head.

I don't understand what you mean? We had the original FFXIV. Sorry, what do you mean flagged as one? I still had the 30 day trial code it shouldn't matter
