It depends on class. As a caster...as a HEALER...it feels very slow.

I will just assume the anti-GCD decrease crowd is more than likely melee/ranged dps where their actions are all more or less instant and does not require standing in one spot for 2-3 secs per action then having to wait another 2.5 secs to cast something else....

On plus side, this game must be great for 'clickers' since you have all the time in the world to react.
