Farmed AK yesterday with four relic players (I was on another relic quest so three relics used), pretty much just derpen smashed the content. Demon Wall went down as soon as the two wasps spawned, and Anatoboga died after two tracer bombs. Total time spent was a little over 20 minutes.. so it's all the same actually if you are geared.

Which kind of defeats the purpose of running AK in the first place.

I used the mighty duty finder and managed to find a group with a monk with 1 lv 1 ring, 1 lv 15 ring, 1 lv 25 earing and a lv 34 bracer. But hey, he had Ifrit weapon!!
The tank had less hp than the archer and we spent 10 minutes killing the first 2 packs of trash.
After which I quit.

Whats wrong with some people who are actually geared faster than you? these people are the ones that can "carry" new players thru.

I get excited when i see a full i 60-70 tank in my DF group. makes things easier

The 300 cap on myths is also a cheesefest. I realize they want to cap to keep people from getting everything at once, but 300? The cheapest upgrade will take at least a week or two... and three weeks for a chest item or legs... or your relic +1 ??? That's ridiculous... especially when jammed into the sausage grinder of DF for AK.

I feel the cap was more to accommodate players with lesser time than to stop people from getting equipment too fast. They could have easily not placed a cap but also require two to three weeks of farming non stop to obtain such equipment. However, this will then force players without a lot of time on their hands to feel left out as it may even take half a year before they even see their first piece.

EDIT: This system ensures players playing 3 hours a day will not be left behind by those playing 12 hours a day.

get your ass together and dont care much about other players. imo we want to play this game more then a month... i would like to play the game over years.... in this case gearing up costs some time but what?
MMONORMANDS are allways rushing the game, dont play it but consume (ignore story, ignore lore, ignore the world, gear up, clear endcontent, qq about less to do) it and leave it because of another mmo (which ALOT BETTER OFC!!!)

Its incredible to me how people can miss the point of a thread. Nobody wants instant gratification here past what is reasonable. But the fact remains the endgame gear all requires massive amounts of time sitting in a queue even for full parties. Make the dungeons hard as you like go nuts. But if you're going to make us suffer then fix the infrastructure of your system and reduce the tome cost of the entry level gear. Even most crafted stuff that is ilevel 70 has to beade with mats from tomes.
