    I've been having the same issue here. Any attempt to pay directly via CC results in 601 or 401 (not sure why its not always the same) and all attempts to use UltimatePay in the "add crysta" options fail due to their specific security methods.

    EDIT: Apparently I've reached "post limit" o.O

    At any rate I've been trying out the various methods via UltimatePay in the "add Crysta" section. CC and Paypal method don't work for me, but they do have a section where you can use "ultimate play card codes" for payment which walmart does sell the $20 E-codes. So I'm now waiting for them to email me the code from my order and hopefully that'll work.. a lot of hassle to do things that way though :/

    I have also tried cancelling the service account and reactivating it but no luck.

    Same here, Waited in chat for 2 hours just for them to say no agents availble and it disconnect me, i found not one damn phone number either to call these people. i am 1.0 also and had my account registered and updated with all the info with auto renewl setup.

    Same scenario here. Tried buy subscription got 601'd. Looked at square enix account and it shows no characters available. Got in the queue for online chat 120 people in that. Wait 1 hr 26 m to see.... "No representatives available... Please try again later". RAGE does not even come close to summing it up.

    Sorry to hear about the people that waited for chat only to be discconected.

    Given SE's track record, I am preping for a week long wait until they fix it.

    What are these labeled as at walmart because I went looking to time cards but assumed they would be "Final Fantasy" time card..I wasnt aware they had a different name.
