Mog Station error 601 & 401?

I keep getting the 601 and 401 errors when attempting to add my CC for my sub. I can't even by crysta.

I tried diffenter computers and browsers. All the same errors. I had Click&Buy in version 1.0 but I don't see that as an option this time around.

Anyone else having this issue?

Gunna keep my fingers crossed and hope they fix it soon because I am not the only one. I have tried since 7am CST with three different cards and all three ended with error 601 every single time.

I've been having the same issue here. Any attempt to pay directly via CC results in 601 or 401 (not sure why its not always the same) and all attempts to use UltimatePay in the "add crysta" options fail due to their specific security methods.

EDIT: Apparently I've reached "post limit" o.O

At any rate I've been trying out the various methods via UltimatePay in the "add Crysta" section. CC and Paypal method don't work for me, but they do have a section where you can use "ultimate play card codes" for payment which walmart does sell the $20 E-codes. So I'm now waiting for them to email me the code from my order and hopefully that'll work.. a lot of hassle to do things that way though :/

I have also tried cancelling the service account and reactivating it but no luck.

Same here, Waited in chat for 2 hours just for them to say no agents availble and it disconnect me, i found not one damn phone number either to call these people. i am 1.0 also and had my account registered and updated with all the info with auto renewl setup.

Same scenario here. Tried buy subscription got 601'd. Looked at square enix account and it shows no characters available. Got in the queue for online chat 120 people in that. Wait 1 hr 26 m to see.... "No representatives available... Please try again later". RAGE does not even come close to summing it up.

Sorry to hear about the people that waited for chat only to be discconected.

Given SE's track record, I am preping for a week long wait until they fix it.

Yeah, I just tried to log in today to get a message saying I need to activate my sub (which I thought I already had). After trying a few times to put my information in and getting 401'd, I get 601'd and am magically $50 (give or take) short in my bank account. I tried buying both crysta and setting up a reoccurring sub to no avail.

I then proceeded to wait 2+ hours in queue for live chat support only for it to tell me there's no reps available. Now I'm back in at 120 in queue and have to wait another 90 minutes (at best).

If I don't get my money back, I'm going to lose it.

Bump for a dev post or something. This needs to be addressed immediately. I can understand not being able to log in, but missing money without anything in return is pretty ridiculous.
