You did not get a registration code with your game? If has a game manual it usually on back of the manual otherwise it a insert, did you buy PC or PS3 version?

PC. I got the registration code but I am using my 1.0 account. No point in making a new service account by registering it.

If you are 1.0 player and using your existing account you can not link the new code to your account meaning no 30 days.
