Subscription Problem: Can't select from list of characters on "Entry "

You are only allowed to have 1 character per server if you sign up for entry level. I do think they should not have a entry level and just be standard with one price for everyone with same rules so stuff like this would not happen.

I don't mind them having two different fee scales. Options are good.

I didn't expect to be able to change between characters whenever I felt like it with an "Entry" sub; that was what I expected the higher tiered sub would provide. However, I did expect to be able to select which character I wanted to use as my one character on that server, and not be forced into a default character, especially one that hadn't been activated in ages. I seems like this was an oversight and not intentional, but it needs to be fixed asap.

My boyfriend had the same problem with his account as I did, only luckily for him, the character he wanted to continue using was the one available. It looks like whichever character appears first in the list for the server is the only one you can use as an Entry player. Any other characters will have a red X next to them. If you delete the character at the top of the list, the next one on the list becomes available. So, it seems they just get locked, not lost.

I guess I was lucky that I only had created two characters on that server. It still annoys me that I had to delete my other character just to be able to play on my main character. I just didn't want to wait around for who knows how long to have them resolve this.
