Been trying to sort this out over the last couple of weeks. I opened up a ticket on sept 2nd because I wanted to buy the CE upgrade for my 1.0 legacy account. This is the result so far:

Sep 2: Open ticket because credit and debit cards won't go through to buy CE upgrade.
Sep3-14: Tried multiple Credit and debit cards with multiple banks, none worked. Signed up for ultimatepay only to have their website return errors during registration and login(conclusion is that service is a no go).
Sep 15: Get a message from SE saying it's my banks fault and that they may have locked the credit card option of paying for my account for the next month due to my trying to get the card to process(thanks for the late warning SE). Respond to their message asking for a solution. Still no reply. Opened up another ticket just to be sure.
Sep 16: Tried paypal to buy crysta. The payment goes through. Breath sigh of relief.
Sep 17: Notification from SE stating crysta purchase failed to purchase through paypal because paypal refused to send out funds. Check Paypal, funds left account, funds were returned to account because "the seller CANCELED this payment". I try to buy crysta again through paypal. Crysta buying option is assumed to be locked now for the next 24 hours. Tried IE to purchase with debit card again today, failed. Opened another ticket about the paypal funds being canceled on SE end. Searched online for NA time cards, none exist. Wrote a lengthy reply for everyone elses and their records.

Can we get this fixed already? If you just let us buy digital codes for time from you, amazon, bestbuy, the street pharmacist down the street, this wouldn't even be an issue. In what backwards world did you think your billing system was flawless if you have this many people sending in reports of failed purchases?!
