*gigglesnort* You tanked Deadmines as lvl 60 or what? They were never viable tanks throughout vanilla (maybe just before TBC hit), not for any end-game content. It seems this whole thread is full of people who never tried proper end-game in WoW and only ran a few dungeons and tried the lowest tier of raids right before the next expansion arrived. Tanking in WoW was only early on about actually keeping aggro, which is a stupid mechanic. Tanking should be about surviving, not making sure the enemy hates you.

The fact that you're replying to him in hopes of trying to get your own point across makes you no less a tryhard either.

and you are 100% wrong about wow, you probably never played wow beyond TBC.
You can't even grasp the complexity that is the Halone Combo. /s

Very good guide for PLD and WAR. Especially how enmity is broken down so you can manage TP/Enmity.

Are you on PC or PS3? Since I use the Logitech G600 mouse I tend not to use macros as its very easy to link skills using the mouse.

But PS3 has pretty limited hotbar space before you have to start switching between them.
Thanks for the link. I play on PC and use a Razer Naga mouse so programing the buttons isn't an issue. I was just curious if there were some abilities that could be easily macro'd together for convenience or to consolidate a couple buttons.

Some people like to put all their defensive cool downs on a macro but I like to just use what I need when I need. Should be ok with a Naga. Basically the same as the G600 =]

Don't be put off levelling WAR. It's great fun =]

I enjoy the warrior. It's been an enjoyable class to level. I have been reading the forums and there's been ample complaints about the class. I haven't run into any of those problems yet myself, but I will say "yet" seeing as how I am still leveling. I'm debating on leveling paladin next simply because of my group of friends that I play with I am the only tank. But I am in general enjoying the class. I'm just one of those people that always likes to be as prepared and polished as I can be for any situation.

I am currently cross classing Flash and Convalescence from the Gladiator. Is there any other cross class abilities which you would consider to be important enough to level another class for?

So i was curious if anyone had a Warrior Compendium was in the works?

I was also looking for some Warrior tanking macros if anyone had any that were worth while?
I am level 48 and will probably make a warrior compendium as well, but warrior is not as cut and dry as paladin. Rotations for paladin are very specific and there is only one way to do it. Whereas with warrior it is quite a bit more dynamic. Theres a lot more going on such as buffs, dots, so on. Let me ding 50 and see how tanking goes on that job. I will honestly need a lot of community feedback as I am not aware of any end game warrior tanks to gather data from.
