actually just 5 months for 1.
actually just 5 months for 1.
Who gives a rat's ass how long it takes if you are having fun. If not then people can leave, its really that simple.
While 5 months to get a complete set of gear is a little long, would rather that than best gear a couple weeks after hitting end game. Though this all comes back to how to deal with a core problem for MMOs.
How do you effectively deal with content locusts while keeping the game accessible to the majority?
Put in a grindy part to the end game and get people complaining, don't have any grind at all and people tear through the content faster than new content can be added.
If you don't think content locusts are a problem, look at how short the v2 has been out and the problems people post about frequently.
This game offers nothing but FF if the entire draw of leveling multiple classes is hamstringed by the fact that you can only effectively play one of them.
where are you getting 5 months from ive already seen ppl with full af +1 and relic +1
Dear Players.
This is AF +1
This is AF 2
AF+1 does not exist in ARR.
You Obviously didn't play FF11 then... Relic weapons in that game needed to be sponsors (payed for) through Dynamis (which you could only do twice a week) and took nearly a year to do (unless you brought currency outside of Dynamis)
tomes of mythology is capped at 300 per week
the 5 pieces of relic armor is 3135
hero accessories is 1500
relic weapon +1 upgrade is 900
it's not hard to do the math, no matter the source of the mythology stones it will take 19 weeks to get enough for a full set
agreed i'm def feeling what you're saying especially about this feels like "work". I wanna have fun, this is getting stale.
I used to old skool grind EQ1 til my brain melted but this is silly
