This Bard stacking thing needs to be dealt with

Having two bards guarantees a silence will always be up for high voltage that way the other dps don't have to worry about it and it allows them to focus on dodging since there is always stuff to dodge. and you realize 2/8 isn't even considered stacking, you have to have two tanks for turn 2 you tard, going to call that tank stacking?
