sweet FX Vibrancy helped alot with the slightly washed out color pallet, Keep FXAA and SMAA off in sweet FX and enable the graphics settings for supersampling and that will also boost the graphics.
Edge Detect Super Sampling Causing Shimmering on HP and MP bars but not TP >.> interesting. Not too bad just noticed it. I would keep luma sharpen off, as i think that caused some extra shimmer throughout the game. HDR should be set through SweetFX not in game. SweetFX's HDR is superior
Also i am not sure if i mentioned...
The sweetFX i am currently using in conjunction with super Sampling is
http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/698/ <- this ARR Preset and Sweet FX 1.4 (http://ninjafada.com/ffxiv/ARR/p3/p3v9.rar) <-
the vibrancy does not change the colors as it states it does in those screenshots. Those are way overly done, and the AA takes some of the vibrancy away. however
Another good preset to use, color wise, anyway, would be
http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/690/ <- as it does not go crazy with vibrancy, only tunes it up a notch.
and again, make sure to set both SMAA and FXAA to 0 if you are to use super sampling AA
also noticing that the latter preset has much better bloom than in game.
So SweetFX for bloom and HDR and Vibrancy, Graphics Card Config for forced Super Sampling AA makes the sun come out on a rainy day
man, by the way im going right now im not even going to need the dx11 client.. >.>

Adding instructions to the first post, this is the best graphics modification i have found so far, dont need to tweak it anymore to get it right. Wish all the other SweetFX presets didnt vanish and go missing >.< i would have liked to try some of the better ones out.Edge Detect Super Sampling Causing Shimmering on HP and MP bars but not TP >.> interesting.
