    Game crashes constantly on only one character

    I've been trying to log in all day on my BLM lvl 50 in Behemoth, but the game just crashes in loading screen and close, I can play normally in other characters, but not on this, someone know how to resolve my issue?

    I have the exact same issue, not been able to play for a week. No response from my tickets to Square Enix Support.

    Nope, still cant login. Game crashes to desktop when i try to login on my main. I made an alt to check and that one i can login and run around with fine. But my main is totally unaccessable.

    I also got the 48 hour message, that was last sunday. No other reply or fix in sight.

    Im not intrested in alts so i cant play at all =/

    Go to the following folder:

    Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

    Inside there you'll see some FFXIV_CHR folders (one for each character). They contain your gearsets and hotbar settings. Try moving those files somewhere else and then logging back in (the game will create them again automatically).

    If it works then the files were corrupted, if not just move them back and unfortunately wait for someone else to think of another solution.

    The first thing i tried was deleting that folder entirely. But the error didnt go away =/ Thanks for the suggestion though.

    I've even reinstalled the game and that did nothing.

    So i guess im kinda stuck on waiting for Square-Enix to fix it.

    I've tried this too... The error still, I've tried a lot of things, nothing changes, same crash, same way...
