What is your view on Duty Finder leeching?

Yeah, you shouldn't actually - I'm not in support for kicking people for afk, but if you bail out on a 5 minute fight or unannounced afk and just "happen" to come back after we finish the boss..you shouldn't get rewarded.

There's quite a few things SE can do for that situation which only affects the people afking or "vanishing till the boss dies" - It's pretty obvious when people are leeching compared to people actually needing to AFK at the wrong moment - you're fooling no one in the long run.

I'm ok with the vote kicking but only if it requires 3-0 (light party) and 7-0 (full party) votes to kick people.

I report them for griefing personally. They are purposely negatively affecting everyone else's game experience. It IS against the rules under the Inappropriate Behavior section of the "Prohibited Activities" list, and thus I treat it as such. They want to act like a spoiled child? Fine, I'll just make an effort to make sure they suffer the consequences and leave it at that.

There is no phonecall on earth that you won't make it to by extending the run to the phone by the time it takes to type "Phone AFK". It takes, quite literally, 1.5 seconds to type that.

Which I think is stupid. Players deserve to know who the losers and leechers... just like in d2, it was widespread to call them out and "tarnish" their rep should they steal or rip someone off.

I think that if you don't participate in the run, you shouldn't get rewarded. And we need a vote to kick feature.

In my experience, it was actually the other healer who went AFK at the start. He didn't show up until halfway through, and then spent the rest of the instance doing nothing but spamming Medica II and Regen. At the last boss, he deliberately got himself killed. I ressed him, he clicked the Raise icon off and released to the entrance so he wouldn't have to heal the rest. :-\
