Security Token issue: dead battery.

There has been some talk about the emergency removal password being the serial number you registered the Security token with. I'm not sure whether this is right or not as there's been no confirmation afaik. I tried doing a search but I couldn't really find anything to answer my question, just that to contact support to have the token removed. I guess you could try the serial number to see but I'm not sure where you go to do an emergency password removal...
