i play on JP server i dont tink i have ever seen such behavior but i see bad tanks but never bad players who dont do anything.

also one of the problems with kick(i am not against it) it could be miss used from premades who just kick if they see people they dont like. but thats something you will always have.
should almost be a report button to report party for miss kick if they have a vote kick(the vote kick needs to have details of the "voted kicked" person, what he get kicked for)

This kind of thing should be sorted out by the community.
If people behave badly then it should be spread around with proof if available. Yes i know this can be abused. People usually give each other a chance. If you party with somebody you know has a bad rep then you know what to expect. If they behave well,then you shout their praises.
This is the way to prevent things. People will always find a way to abuse something.
If kicking was added people would abuse it.

I think a votekick system would do wonders for Duty Finder PUGs. However, it should only be enabled 5 minutes after the dungeon fully starts in order to avoid kicking people because of cut scenes.

Also it should require all other players to vote yes to it.

Meh, if you've ran the dungeon more than once then there's no reason to see it again. I, personally, just grab a drink if other people are still watching the cutscene.

II prefer to get as many for the linkshell as possible or help them catch up on runs. People afkign like that should allow a 3 person vote to replace for AFk. at that point the person would have to confirm activity.

Yeah I get that people will behave as bad as they can in DF; but what I don't get is how SE doesn't understand this? Are things so different in JP that social shunning prevents this behavior?

It's not different, it's just at a far less ratio. People are the same throughout the world, we just breed more of them in the Western world. That's sort of the byproduct of perspectives and philosophies that try to promote the individual for self-sustaining importance (for better or worse).

Kudos to these guys. Abuse like this will only cause fixes to come faster. Unfortunately the fix is a vote kick that will be abused more than this.

jupp never had problems with JP only people from EU/America. but then again have been lucky.
since i started ARR i have had like 4 Gil spammers in my Chat window.
just tink of how luck i am that is not spammed down even when i enter Citys.

you will always have bad people but you can make sure its less.
kick/ban/Time Ban/ignore is the most usefull tools you got.
