Yeah this is pretty much what will happen if that was the solution.
Yes, reduced by about 60%, it's a big reduction.

If they're getting rid of speed runs, then reduce the amount of trash as well. It makes no sense that we have to fight a bunch of mobs that don't offer EXP because the requirement for the dungeons is to be level 50. The mobs offer little to no challenge. None at all.
Also, that logout queue better be optional, otherwise people will just rubber band their controllers and run in their inn room or in town in order to stay online. That's not the solution that we need. It'd also be nice to have a solid way of determining whether or not you're inactive. I see it being more of a nuisance more than anything, considering there is a working queue now and 1017 is pretty much gone. This was implemented a week too late and is now an annoyance.
But the gil changes were sorely needed. That's a good thing. The other two suck though depending on how exactly they were modified.
Um, no. Unless you're just talking about kicking people from parties, which you can do already.
30 minutes is about right, any shorter and you deny people liberties like eating their dinner and taking an extended poop. Something which you should be able to do without getting logged out.
