FF14 uses dx9, that just does not port and using WINE does not give ideal results either.

And there are several differences between BSD and Linux flavors. So much that a recompile won't cut it.

If you put all Nix users together. Regardless of which distro they use. I know the number Is not to much different from the amount of OSX users out there. BSD and Linux are rather similar and the code wouldn't be hard to implement. Just that the code Mac Ahem Darwin uses Is all closed source.
