Yep unfortunately this is whats happening. If you didnt reach 50 and complete the main story just a few days after launch then you are going to be shunned at endgame. This endgame community is terrible.
But on the possible brightside alot of these people rushing will be gone at the end of the free month since they have "beat" this game and move on the their next mmo.

Things to remember: Everyone has a first time, in everything. No one comes into this game knowing how everything works 100%. It's trial and error. Things like Amador Keep remind me of the pains of finding a job.
Can't get one without experience, cant get experience without a job. heh
Also, protip. Even if you dont know the run. Lie, just pretend you do. If you're careful and know how to do your job anyways, then you should be fine. It's honestly how I completed my first AK run. They wanted to do a speed, I didn't say a damn word, let them run it, kept my eyes open and paid close attention to every detail I could (though I did die on DW's repel, but I've since learned from that mistake. Still happens, when things just go stupid) and when I hit the end of the run, I cleared the map achievement. I imagine the party I was with were going.. wtf. But yanno what? We won and I didn't drag it down at all.
Also, in my own experience, I've had more fun and better experiences WITH a new player to a dungeon than the average 'know it all' PUGs that have already ran a dungeon a time or two. /sarcasm on Generally, the "experienced" runners simply cant screw up. No matter what. They never make mistakes. I hope to grow up to be just like them one day. /sarcasm off.
I am personally quite tired of seeing DPS in artifact gear in AK, even though the gear is easily enough to clear it the players I often see are just hopeless. I never leave AK just by looking at people's gear, but it is usually one shot all bosses or wipe and leave for me because if the DPS can't kill adds on the wall WITH limit break you will need a miracle to do it otherwise. That being said I have one shotted the instance with many people who did it for the first time in DF, it is pretty easily to tell apart those who put in effort and those that are just... I don't even know why they play. I also don't mind wipes that are caused by small accidents, everyone makes mistakes sometime. I am really tired of seeing people just doing pathetic DPS though, that is an issue that you should fix BEFORE doing AK.
If experience has taught me anything, these people will either move to another game or move to raiding in a couple weeks if not less. They will either get bored speed running, get all the gear they need from it, burn out, or the devs will change it. I've had more good experiences than bad, but haven't run this yet.
I'd personally love it if they stealth changed it where aggro was spread through the party at first, so if tank dies without killing, the mobs kill everyone after. That or the bosses call the surviving mobs to the battle if not killed.
I'd also like to point out, there is a chest among the skipped mobs that drops a rare pet, skipping that seems stupid if only to sell it on the market for a good amount.
Maybe if they didn't make it the quest to get up in ranking with your GC it would be clearer that you should get more before doing it, but as it is now, the game is basically telling you to do it as a fresh 50. Also, let's be honest here, you can do it in swimsuits.

I am having the exact same issue, i took my time getting to 50 with this game because i don't rush, but keep and titan for example i cannot get a decent run for because to many people will not give people a chance to learn, people just drop without saying anything leaving me to what, solo? i am infact being slightly put off of this games endgame content because of this, the elitism so early in this game is astonishing.
In this day and age, it's the common mentality that they are the only ones that will matter, ever matter and that they're always wronged.
Today I just walked through two newcomes in AK, went through 7 healers all crying "Not worth my time". In the end, we got it done. They learned how to do the dungeon and all was well.
It's no surprise that this happens, and sad to say it's the norm. Bad Parents are always the root cause of this behavior but alas, we can't go back in time and tell them not to tell their children
"It's okay to stomp on everyone else as long as you get your way"
I'm a tank; I am very patient; I've hit the timer for more dungeons than I care to admit trying to help newbies through; I don't give up on groups. I've cleared AK, I've cleared WP; I did it less geared than I am now; sometimes I still can't get groups through, but I'll try dangit.
Most of the time, at least from what I've found, the people that act super elitist are looking for someone superbly skilled to cover up the obvious inadequacies they themselves exhibit, it's really not about how inexperienced someone may be, but rather that they want to keep up appearances. Think about it, would these "elite" players be joining Duty Finder if they were so good? Would they not be in an end game Free Company with like minded people easily clearing the content?
Just remember that for every jackass out there, even if you may run into 2,3,4,5 in a row, there are triple that amount willing to help, explain and be respectful towards you, this community really is great if you honestly weigh the good against the bad and it's only going to get better as time goes on. (Especially once the subscription kicks in.)
(Apologies if none of this makes sense, I am incredibly drunk.)

So, if you're tired of seeing DPS in Artifact gear where else are we to go for upgrades? You may as well shove this idea into WP and HM Primals too.I am personally quite tired of seeing DPS in artifact gear in AK, even though the gear is easily enough to clear it the players I often see are just hopeless. I never leave AK just by looking at people's gear, but it is usually one shot all bosses or wipe and leave for me because if the DPS can't kill adds on the wall WITH limit break you will need a miracle to do it otherwise.
