    Just go to the Systems Menu and then the HuD option. Or just click L2 + R3 to enter mouse mode.

    ive tried doin that cant drag my chat box in mouse mode... cant even shirnk or enlarge it due to half my chat box is off screen lol

    It can defo be done, go into mouse mode and then put the cursor at the very bottom of the chat window, press L2 and just drag it along to the side. Then in the top right corner of the chat window there is also a small icon you can grab to enlarge the window either up or to the right.

    ill try again after maint but when i tried that i couldnt due to half the chat box missing on the right everything after le in battle is off screen and its also partially cut off some of the tabs underneath chat also lol
