Is the plan to always do maintenance on American servers during American prime playing time? Running it from 5pm pst to 3am pst means you hit the exact window which makes it impossible for us to play.

Also, is there a plan to add right-click blacklist or report spam to shout/whisper gold sell spammers?

The time frame for maintenance is worldwide, as all servers are being brought down at the same time.

With a 10 hour long maintenance, it's unfortunately hard to schedule it decently for more than a single region.

5PM - 3AM in NA (PDT)
9AM - 7PM in Japan
2AM - 12PM in Europe (CET)


As for the right-click blacklist, they did say they were working on it in a different thread, though there wasn't an ETA on implementation. Hopefully it's soon. Or, alternatively, hopefully they get the RMT spam under control.

its because they are catering to the jp working hours. our primetime is their morning time. so they do maintenance while most of them are at work or sleeping in. to where as we're left with nothing to do since it sour prime time. idk why their doing it with this game. they never did it with ffxi. ffxi maint usually started around 8a.m. wel in their primes days anyway. but then again sometimes it ran up to 6pm est.
