I'm sorry, but I do not support asking a JAPANESE company to shift their hours just because we are North Americans/Europeans. At all. And im a US player.

I don't think it's unreasonable to ask that they rotate times periodically. As is, whether they're a Japanese company, a US company, or an Egyptian company, they have more players in the US than anywhere else; it makes business sense to not piss off one's largest customer base (at least, based on numbers given prior and the login debacle).

Most businesses specifically look for the lowest traffic times to do maintenance. That is not what SE is doing. It's not a major issue, and certainly not something I'm worried about (I'll just read a book like last time or have fun watching the forums implode), but it would be a well-appreciated courtesy.

I love to play myself, but the people who make the game need lifes too. They all live in JP i imagine, so asking them to do this would mean having them breaking up their day. i may not be ecstatic about it, I understand

It's not about shafting. The developers are in Japan and need to be awake at certain times to do maintenance. You can't expect them to be up in the middle of their night for you.

So what's your plan on fixing the current gil sink issues that have arrived from repairs? They are to high and need to adjusted and rewards be added to dungeons so dungeon crawlers can continue to play the game or you will lose them.

agreed I have friends waiting to roll a char on hyperion. its easy for them to say play on one of the other servers but they bought the game to play with me and other friends

Is that actually still needed? personally I have been able to log in with no problems at all since the whole maintenance thing on my server Odin sure I get in queue but that's pretty much negligible 5 mins top or something.

Have no idea how it is on other server's tho. But Odin was as well plagues with the same issues.
