2. You need to buy a PS3 copy. The reason for this is likely the fact that platform specific development, licencing costs, publishing costs, and other fees have to be paid (that are separate from the PC version), and instead of absorbing those costs in hopes that you will subscribe for long enough that the costs get paid for by your sub, they charge for access from each platform.

So If I want to use the same PS3 to log in a different account, I need to buy another PS3 copy and change disc whenever I want to switch account?
