Anyone Else lost Remaining Days at Account and did not get extra 7 days ?????

My friend have strange bug (that's why im askin you community) that he did not get 7 extra days ( it was promised by SE) and he alos lost 2 weeks from his account.


Started playing 27.08 right ? + 37 days its 27.09 + 7 days . Guess what he have now on account 8 days remain. How is that even possible ?

Was he a returning player from 1.0?
As a returning player, we got 14 days from the 27th (+7 additional days)...

Only new players get 30 days + 7 days.

Anyone who has the game prior to Sept 8th gets +7. That's what was posted.

I wonder if we'll still get it on the correct/merged service account after having troubles with registering the code under the wrong/new/other service account? I haven't gotten mine on the correct service account yet, but it was already added in the wrong service account since last week :\ Though it has only been two days since they fixed my account.
