Spammer/Hacker logged into my account and created a character to gold sell?

How do I disconnect them they are online now I can't delete the character they created does anyone know a way to disconnect the, my account, account from play? I have changed the password It's weird because I was online today for a while why does the game allow multiple characters online at the same time? I have a JP character online while he is online the NA servers!! The hacked character name is Kamgudar Hamyguda. If that even matters. I have changed the password but i just need to disconnect them somehow!

Contact customer support (if you can even get through) or hope they get error 90000 and d/c but the problem you face now is your pc is infected with some Trojan or what not and has it sending them emails with every keystroke you make, run a virus scan and pray they didn't get you banned from shout spamming or any other ToS violations they may have made on your character, if not they may have screwed you out of a game copy and character, best of luck hope this helps you. Try various virus/malware removal tools it's definatly hiding in your pc.

Again as SquareEnix has said DO NOT visit any RMT websites, 99.9% it's a phishing scam.

Edit: Use a SquareEnix account one time password token as well and I'd change your password yet again after you have rid yourself of any viruses, because they probably have your new one as well

A bit odd if two characters on one account can be active at the same time, seems like a massive hole in the authentication system if you can log in the account twice, on two PCs or just one.

To best honest, I don't think that's whats actually happening to him, it's error that's happening to a lot of us right now and I think the forums will be flooded with it soon.
