Attention Tanks and DPS: It's not always the healers fault!

DPS have no real responsibility and that is why so many people run DPS. The only classes that have real responsibility and thus are always challenged are tanks and Healers. If you are not a tank or a healer main then you have no right to whinge or complain they are doing it wrong because, lets face it, you can't handle nor understand that responsibility yourself. Most healers and tanks do not fail on purpose they do the best they can. Abusing tanks or healers because they do not live up to the often lofty expectations of the group is plain silly.

We are not infallible and do quite often slip up here and there so be patient and show some love towards the classes that keep you alive. You wonder why no one wants to roll with a Tank or a Healer end game? There it is! I concede some tanks and healers are very poor at the class but that does not give others the right to abuse them. Run the class yourself or move on.

Not true. This statement gets old. Every class has a responsibility hence the whole "role" label. DPS responsibility is to deal damage, and for some DPS crowd control is a responsibility. BLM is responsible for sleeping as much as targeting the tanks target with as much damage as possible. I have had equals situations with all classes learning and not understanding his or her role yet.

Every class has a responsibility and a role as part of the team. Everyone deserves respect and consideration, whether tank, healer or damage dealer. Some people are still learning, so be patient and treat people fairly.

DPS Caster's need to pay attention to the mobs casting bar even more so than the red under their feet. The delay between the end of the cast bar + the red indicator/attack animation on the ground could get you hit even if you "think you were out of the red in time". There is also a delay once a caster starts casting, between stopping the cast to move, so watch that enemy mobs casting bar above his health as well as the red circles/indicators on the ground.

This. Even though we try our best we still get abused/harassed/bashed/blamed for getting someone killed when its not entirely our fault. Theres alot more abuses for Tanks than healers in my experience. The reason why I became a tank is because there are a low supply of tanks in game and people need them to run dungeons/primals, etc ,etc, however My Motivation for playing as a Tank has just gone down the hill. People can just do it themselves if they aren't going to appreciate us being a tank and putting our effort into the fight for them. I also had to deal with 2 jerks in game, and Im not happy about it either.
