What we want is real communication to our issue in the threads relating to this specific issue, which now have seen hundreds of posts in them. We want and deserve a detail explanation on the problem from them, what are they doing or going to try to do to fix it, and when we can expect to have this issue resolved. We haven't gotten this, even though it's been an issue for many of us for days. As customers we shouldn't be ignored like we have, to the point were even different internet provider's reps will make more of a statement on this issue than the SE reps. This isn't acceptable. I wonder if the SE reps make sure to tell Yoshi-P how awful the communication is stated to be by so many of us....something tells me they don't.
For five days I have been unable to do any group content because of this issue. When so many players cant play the group content in your MMO you would think you'd have it fixed after so many days or at least keeping in touch with us much better. I'm "lucky", some people have experienced this issue for a full week now even. The couple of locked threads placed under "resolved" issues just adds to the frustrating. Aesthphron I suppose deserves a hand for a great trolling though, especially considering "Being Addressed/Currently Reviewing" is right by the "resolved" issues.
I have to wonder, have any of you tried a ticket for this issue and got a response? If so did they tell you anything helpful? They answered mine about 20 hours...only they answered me by not answering me about the issue I had. Instead someone decided to "address" my issue by telling me the issue with 3102 was resolved, nothing to do with the description I gave nor addressing the fact I clearly stated my issue was with error 90000. Anther example of a complete failure in SE's employees who are supposed to communicate with the players and help resolve issues. I of course responded back stating how that wasn't the issue I had, described it yet again, and even linked a couple of the threads to them. 34 hours later and I still have no response, which is sad because the first 22 hour wait response didn't address my concern.
Twitter: I even addressed a few of their official accounts on the issue (didn't really expect them to reply on those directly though) including their new news account on the issue and how many of us want a official response in the threads I linked (I saw a couple others did this too), and haven't seen even on post regarding this issue.
Launcher as stated earlier there hasn't been a post.
There must be a dozen posts asking for a response and simple "bumps" to threads that related to the issue, but still the reps leave us in total darkness. Are they not going to devs telling them we want details or are the devs refusing to give detail information...you bet is as good as mine.
I did not buy the game and planned on playing a service fee so that hundreds of us are simply largely ignored when a issue is preventing us to play this game properly. For $12.99 a month the treatment by reps and the incompetent help center cannot tolerated. Once again there needs not only for a real response to this issue but ALSO a response given to why there is such a lack of communication by SE to all of us.

Edit: That and they need to stop moving threads to resolved. The problem is not resolved and until they officially update us or deal with the communication properly, these threads will keep popping up. I wonder how many of them are actually reading these threads or if they just closed them after reading the topic.
