7 Day Extension?

I was under the impression that the 7 day extension would be added to our accounts after the last maintenance. It's now, in Japan, 7:20AM Saturday the 7th; any idea what's going on? Any dev responses to any questions regarding this matter?

Hmm, strange. I've been checking a few times a day since the maintenance and my time just keeps dropping; down to 11 days now.

Based on your join date Im guessing you are a legacy player who received 10 free days , official launch was 10ish days ago wasnt it?
Im just guessing it has to do with that.

It says in the link above "all FINAL FANTASY XIV service accounts will receive an additional seven days of free play time." after the September 4th maintenance. I should be at least 18 days and not 11.

Ok so you are a legacy player.
No, your math is wrong. You say you have 11 days left. People who owned the 1.0 and legacy players received 10 free days, with this extention that would make 17 in total, aka 7 days from now.
As legacy player you also received early access which was extended by 4days if Im not mistaken.
Today is the last day of the Original 10 days, you received 7days extra and the 4 day early access extention = 11.
Looks like they gave you precisely what they promised you.

According to this, Legacy players got 14 days (August 27th to September 9th; 14 days if you include the 27th launch) plus the 4 day extension and THEN the 7 day extension that I was supposed to get on Wednesday. I'm still missing time, if everything in the links are correct.

You are right, you are missing 2 days, not 7 though.

All this very simple math in the air and the fact I'm exhausted from a long day at work, bleh lol.
Anyone else missing any time? 1+ days?

EDIT: I can't post anymore, I hit my daily cap. But as for below, I had a 1.0 buddy pass key, applied it to my SquareEnix account a few years ago, played FFXIV 1.0 until it's pay period, did NOT pay and quit. Played during the ARR beta 3 and open beta. Applied a pre-order code to my account and had early access.

EDIT2: I thought all service accounts were to get the 4 day extension? Where does it say only new player get that? (Not challenging, just never saw it say only new players)

Here is another interesting question, did you actually have early access? Where you just a 1.0 owner or did you earn legacy player status by obtaining it through the promotion period?
If not you gotten all the time they promised to you.
