Using my work's landline so as not to use up anymore of my cell minutes. I really had to go, figured the 5-10 minutes i'd be gone i'd still be on hold, of course I was wrong... that was the first time they've ever answered me too.... called at 12:01
Just sat through 2 hours and 20 minutes just to be kicked off the queue on live support after it became my turn, should i just sit though another 2 hours or is there a faster way.....really running out of patience for SE![]()
second time today, no agent found. I put in a ticket on 27 Aug, and got it escalated on 3 Sep. Sigh... still not fix, received an email stating if it has not been fixed to talk to CS support again. Trier to contact CS support yesterday and today so far and still getting no agents found. Why does this game want me to not play it.

Gave up on chat support and by sheer luck I got through to phone support. On a cell but I hafta leave work in an hr and 15 mins and the second i step on that elevator I'm gonna lose my call. Comonnnnnnnnnn
Edit: You know, most if not all companies have actual hold music rather than a normal and now rather irritating ringing tone. I have my iPhone on a headset to avoid annoying my officemate. Its only been mins on hold and its already getting on my nerves. The way they have this support center setup is bewildering.
