Invalid PS3 Preorder Code.... Still?

I finally found out that you're supposed to enter the 12 digit code into 'Redeem Codes' listed under Playstation Store. I'll admit that I don't remember all of the exact steps to take and won't be able to check until I get out of work. It took about an hour to download the game (which confused me since I have a physical copy, but whatever). I saw my Early Access stuff and characters listed and that there was a 'Create New Service' button below them. I avoided 'create new' like the plague and just clicked submit. Everything has worked fine for me since then.

I to am suffering form this problem. I did put in a ticket in which I am still waiting on. To bad the PS3 codes can not be input through the Mogstation.

Yes. After talking with one of the people in my Free Company and my bf, we finally figured it out.

With your 12-digit code, go to the PSN shop on your PS3 account, go to the "Redeem codes" section.

Enter in the 12 digit code there. Confirm it.

Redownload the new content (the new content is your cap and cat sith, at least it should be)

Start up the FFXIV game.

Log into your account.

Accept the new TOS, and that should do it. Your moogle cap and Cat sith doll should show up for all your charcs on your account.

We were FINALLY able to get the moogle cap and the Cat Sith that way, and we preordered our PS3 game, as well. Took us a while to figure it all out, but we were able to get to the bottom of it without involving Square Enix.

So Square Enix canceled my support ticket; However in the Email I got it stated the problem may have already been solved. So I decided to try the code on the PSN again for the heck of it, and it worked! So hopefully anyone else's code will work as well now.

I wanted the in-game bonus items so I pre-ordered the PS3 version from GameStop. They didn't give me my early access code until after launch. I had to e-mail them to get it. I have a Legacy account so I still played early access.

I enter the code GameStop finally gave me into the pre-order code redemption site. I choose PS3 because that is what I bought. It gives me a code to enter into the PS3. And that code does not work.

I opened a ticket but I don't know if it was addressed to the right topic. I want that Cait Sith doll, but it looks like I wont be getting it. I don't like being sold a bill of goods.

You dont need to download the download that pops up. Just getting to the point added the items to your PSN service list. On next log-in they will be added to your SE account. I am still using the P4 beta client

That is where my problem begins. A window tells me my code is no good.
