They put out in a news update that it will take significantly longer to respond to support tickets. Sending them 3 tickets for the same issue doesn't help anyone.

Well I sent 3 tickets because SE said in the email that it would take 2 days to hear a response. If they were to take longer then they should have said so in the email, which they did not.
Day 10 of this fiasco. I did receive my first contact with SE regarding my 3rd ticket. This was the ticket they claim was about a beta invite. SO they are somewhat looking into things. What I fear is that they will not get this issue fixed prior to the pre-order code deadline, which is Dec 31, 2013. I am hoping that there is a live letter soon so I can post this issue on there and link it to this thread.
