    Support Center non-supportive??

    I am unsure if the Support Center staff is still working. I have submitted two tickets, one on Tuesday 8/27(auto response on Wednesday 8/28) and Friday 8/30 (auto response on Saturday 8/31), ticket numbers 2622725 and 2669286 respectively. I have read the both auto responses and the Support Center was supposed to get back with me within 48 hours. To this day I have not heard from them.

    Welcome to the club.
    Guess what, they are up to their nipples in support requests right now, and that's just going to take time to wade through.
    That being said, they need to compensate people who have been negatively effected, esp if they have not been able to even play for days.

    Day 7 from first ticket and Day 4 from second ticket, still no response from Support. No hope in sight.

    Getting really upset

    Day 8 from my first ticket, I am attempting a third ticket (this is getting frustrating and old). Here is my details in the ticket:

    This is my 3rd ticket regarding this issue. I have not received a response from my first two attempts. I originally received an EU PS3 code. I have never received a NA code (I am from the NA region). I mistakenly added that code to a new account that I created, I created the account saying I was from the UK. I cannot receive my pre order bonus material now. What exact details are needed to have this fixed?

    Will someone at SE help me with this matter??

    Things seem to be quickly spiraling into chaos over at customer service. Granted, the only people who would post here are those who haven't received any replies, as those who HAVE gotten service from Customer Support are unlikely to post on these forums to let us know. Generally speaking.

    Day 9 of my first ticket still no response from any of my tickets. Last night I submitted my third ticket. I do believe that support center is really doing a poor job. My support ticket was concerning my pre-order bonus for the PS3. I received an email today stating that my ticket was about a beta invitation. This is extremely stupid, I have been involved with testing since alpha and continued testing until launch. I am very disappointed in the way SE is handling issues. I would like to know if there is a way to speak with someone in a higher position than the unsupported support center.

    They put out in a news update that it will take significantly longer to respond to support tickets. Sending them 3 tickets for the same issue doesn't help anyone.

    Well I sent 3 tickets because SE said in the email that it would take 2 days to hear a response. If they were to take longer then they should have said so in the email, which they did not.

    Day 10 of this fiasco. I did receive my first contact with SE regarding my 3rd ticket. This was the ticket they claim was about a beta invite. SO they are somewhat looking into things. What I fear is that they will not get this issue fixed prior to the pre-order code deadline, which is Dec 31, 2013. I am hoping that there is a live letter soon so I can post this issue on there and link it to this thread.

    And so instead of actually answering the questions, or going through them, they just decide "eh F it, we'll close every ticket without reading/response and they can reopen them. It's been a week and a half."...

    Gah, finally.
    9 days later and they only finally fixed my account.
    Pretty piss poor support in all, but at least they gave me back my full 30 days. So that's something.

    On the other hand I may not have been able to log in by the sounds of it because of the server congestion. So, yeah.
    Hopefully nothing else will break.
