I actually did get my ticket escalated yesterday afternoon before the emails started going out, and I still haven't received my email.
You'll get yours then. They are going down the list. People who were escalated earlier are getting it earlier. You may have escalated recently so it might take longer but you will still get it before us who can't get in![]()
I may be wrong here, but I was under the impression that people getting through to them today were getting codes instantly with no wait at all. Confirm or deny?
