Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I do suggest opening more than 1 internet explorer window (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), as suggested earlier. I had Chrome and Firefox open at the same time, and Chrome had just failed while Firefox has been sitting at position 1 for 2 hours. I was about to close it when I decided to finish watching the episode of One Piece I had playing. And what do you know, I hear that magical sound of an Agent replying! It worked for me, it could work for you!

Got through at 11:52am CST and just got outta chat with Agent Kevin H with my problem fixed (moved account 2 to account 1 -PC edition). I knew I probably didn't use my true birth date, as I'm wont to do, so that through the process for a loop, but ultimately it got solved.
This has sucked. Too many hours waiting in a queue only to be canceled. Hopefully this thread and its replies will urge SE to fix this process.
To everyone waiting on the phone and in chat queues, all I can do is wish you good luck with getting connected to a human and having them solve your problem quickly.

I have had a ticket submitted since the 29th, and it was never escalated, because I could never reach anyone. Not to mention I'm on PS3... so I'm pretty sure I still have a long wait ahead of me. Please god, let their be an agent available.

Can someone explain to me how to access Live Chat Support with a open ticket? When I try the link at https://support.eu.square-enix.com/m...p?id=5383&la=2 I fill out the form and all it does is create a new ticket, tell me that chat support is not available and to try back in 7 days. When I try the links provided in this thread it comes up as invalid and links me to the page I linked above. I don't understand because, clearly, others are accessing chat support right now. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I can't get through to chat support. When I try it just creates new tickets and tells me that I have to return to that page in 7 days to access chat. I submitted the form for the first time on Aug. 29th and received confirmation on the 30th. Thought I'd be patient and let them sort it out but apparently that's not how it works.

You have up to 7 days to go back to that link, you don't have to wait 7 Try refreshing the page, make sure you are using correct Region as well.

That is EU support, is that what you want?

Good luck. I had a ticket in since 8/30 and they did nothing with it until I talked to someone in chat.

EU chat support may not be open. "Please note that chat support is only available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 BST."
