Heals for Scholors need a buff

-snip- they don't work with % cure affinities that some tanks have (whereas a WHM will see a bigger return here, since it's a straight heal, and not a heal+shield). -snip-

% to cures DO work with scholar. The shield is based on how much the heal hits for, and crit heals are doubled. So if they cure portion hits for 400, shield is 400. If an ability makes the cure hit for 600, the shield is 600. Same mechanic as WHM, just different methods.
