i think they are resolving he tickets by date on entry. mine was escalated recently so i may likely receive my email later... oh well. T.T

i only escalated when i could no longer play on my service account one and not on the day i got the service account two so i might be near the end of their queue for resolution. /sad
try chat to up your chances. and be sure to be logged in the support site while filing out the form to have your ticket recorded.
