I dropped Fracture from my boss Rotation. I open with ToD, Twin Snakes and Demolish. Once the DoTs are rolling, and I've got the Twin Snakes buff, i just alternate between Twin Snakes and True Strike, Demolish and Snap Punch. Keeps up my GL stacks, my Twin Snake buff and my DoTs with none falling off.
On movement heavy fights, ill lay in with Fracture since i cant get full uptime for maintaining the alternating rotation.

The biggest thing i found that improved my damage though, is positioning. Initially i just sat behind the boss all the time. Now I'm constantly swinging between Flank and Behind in order to get the bonus crit from Bootshine and damage from True Strike, Twin Snakes and Snap Punch.

Not using Snap Punch from Flank is a very noticeable damage drop. I've seen a *lot* of Monks that don't take advantage of the Flank bonuses, and their damage suffers as a result.
As a reference, my Snap Punch under 2x GL from behind hits for 78, but will hit for 110 from Flank. Twin Snakes is the same. Always use your Flank bonuses ^_^

PS: I'm only 37 >_>
