The fastest way to receive support is by using the Square Enix Support center chat, phone, or email channels, and attempting to bypass these will actually result in a longer wait for you.

    We sincerely apologize for the time it's taking to address this issue and for the frustration that it is causing each of you. We are working diligently to address the backlog and are looking forward to getting you all into the game as soon as possible.
    I had a question for you. After 8 days my account was finally fixed and my time and CE items were moved to service account 1. Sadly for some reason the 7 days that everyone got today after the maintenance were put on service account 2 where there are no characters. Was this intentional?

    Like DualShear said, someone with the code please write out step by step exactly how you registered the new code if it worked properly for you. I'm going to be extra cautious when I get mine.

    By the way, those who got their email just now, how long ago did you talk to customer support? I only managed to get through and have my ticket escalated about 6 hours ago.
    I talked to them when the problem began to surface. which was a week ago or so I think, but don't let that discourage you. They just started to resolve these PS3/NA issues, so you should get a fix a lot sooner HOPEfully.

    i just got through the live chat text thing and they were able to fix my account within minutes. now i have 2 service accounts both with the collectors editon on them

    Also, since my account is tied to my PS3 am I wrong to assume I can't log in on another PS3? We're thinking about getting my cousin set up and would hope that's the case so billing info isn't so wide spread

    Kontralire so essentially nothing was fixed in your account? Are you pc or ps3? I'm assuming pc since the agent was able to help you on spot, but that is weird and it's the first time i've heard of that in this forum. Is there any additional information you could give us?

    My guess is you can log in on other PS3s, but only if you log into your PSN account on that PS3 first.
