    Sorry to tweak but ive had enough, ill be calling amazon on friday on my day off and requesting a refund, still will be out about 20$ shipping, but whatever, i dont care. This is pathetic. I love playing the game, but my issue was a lil diff than all of yours, for me when i registered i was disconnected, i relogged in and had two accounts, i selected the account having read this, and im sorry but a full three weeks after launch before being able to play, being denied customer service, being denied my early access that i PAID FOR. Is completely unacceptable. Ive been in the online game world for about 15 years now, and i have never seen such blatant disregard for a customer base. The simple fact that EU PS3 players getting the fix, JP im assuming getting it, if they got the error at all, and PC players getting fixed, is ridiculous. DONT MARKET A GAME TO A CONSOLE YOU WILL NOT SUPPORT. I really hope they see this, i will be filing whatever action i can, i cant ever get back the time i spent trying to sort this out, on here, and with customer support. Really how can anyone support this game? If this is how they handle things. No excuse at all. /rage

    After being on hold for about 4 hours, I finally got to talk to a very nice NA support member who got my PC Service Account issue fixed on the spot. Phone call took about 4 minutes overall and everything is working well now. My suggestion to any NA PC player is to make sure you have ~4 hours to spare, call (310) 846-0400, ask if it's customer support, and then get transferred to customer support. There will be no busy signal silliness, and if you can handle the 4+ hour wait, they SHOULD be able to get your stuff resolved rather quickly after that.

    Soooo someone hook me up with the UK support line please.
    I've been dropped by chat support about 6 times now after 2 hour queues. and was just on skype hold with the support line for about 4 hours and got cut off. fucking ridiculous.
    I can still play at the moment. but i want my fucking services accounts merged. Stupid shit said they can't deal with it even though i filled out the application form properly. Told me to contact them directly for live services. bullshit.

    I can vouch for this. I just got off the phone with support and checked my mog station and its all there I asked about PS3 players who were having a hard time resolving the issue and unfortunately its difficult and takes longer because they have to go through Sony :/ hopefully they figure a way to fix it quickly.

    Just do it online. They already sent me a label to have it returned and credited my account.
