    They have been keeping this quiet since it first popped up. I doubt they have any intention of posting any info about it now. Hell for all we know they're sitting on a fix right now and just trying to help server congestion by not fixing us.

    I'm on PC, but the service accounts are still split. All I'm saying so far is that I got an actual reply to a web ticket without hammering live support. Just saying it seems like they might be making (slow) progress. I put in the ticket on 8/26 and 1 hr ago was my first indication of a reply. They had to ask fro additional info, which is probably because I went and put a token on my account after the ticket and im fairly sure the security question i picked was wrong.

    the hole thing wouldnt happened if they put the instructions as it is, or an option like "if u want to use a new service account click here already have a service account?? click here, much easier, I gave up a few hours ago, now im just waiting on phone just to complain, a little bit, I just want somebody to hear my complain, anyway, im still playing and in this hole time, my char from the new service account its better than the other, ill stick with it

    Should make an attempt to get in touch with live support. Will get fixed quicker by leaps and bounds. From what others have posted about their conversations it's the only way to get it fixed at the moment.

    Over the fucking line.
    Over a week, several hours in queue (yes i know im not the only one) but unlike many, i work 50-60 hours a week, and 10 hour days, i finally get a chance for chat, and now it bails at #1. This is inexcusable. Ive had it, this game can blow it, i dont care anymore. Want my money back, i suggest everyone that is still dealing with this go ahead and cancel accounts and boycott this product. Call me a troll, but this is unacceptable. There is NO excuse for this kind of service, when they have already made hundreds of thousands, if not millions of a product that was not finished, and has flawed servers, services, and customer support. This is downright ridiculous. Flame me all you want, i really dont give a fuck about any of this anymore. /endrant

    I don't think anyone who is still here will throw a 'be patient' line at you. Personally I have too many IRL friends playing to quit but I can understand the feeling, if not for them I'd be doing something else for sure.
