    It is entirely possible that your "deleted" character is still recoverable. I would submit a ticket to support and see if they can restore the deleted character for you.

    It is entirely possible for that to happen, they even have their own little support thing to get that done. The downside now, you get ONE per account, and i don't think its worth wasting it on a level 35, and it would take 7-10 days for them to even get the character restored, probably longer with how many support things are being sent into them. If the character creation wasn't halted there wouldn't be a problem because getting to 35 again would just take another couple days of leveling. Therein lies the problem, not being able to actually create a new character
