Well thats bullshit, NA only cares about money. even if they did that too, i wouldnt care because i bought the physical copy. so i guess shame on me? i want a refund i have not been able to play since 9pm on launch day.

No, the chat client is open at that time for EU users. NA does not open until 9am PST. (Their call center hours are the same for live chat.)

Well, my tickets are still open, and my first and second tickets were the only ones where I received an automated reply, the other tickets have none :\ At least they're still open :\
