I didn't receive my 7 days, anyway.
No, the chat client is open at that time for EU users. NA does not open until 9am PST. (Their call center hours are the same for live chat.)
i got my 7 days, on my service account 2. so now its at 29 days... im assuming if our accounts ever get fixed were only going to get our 30 day and not the bonus 7 days. that only goes towards accounts registered before the 9th. sooooooooo unless they fixed it by the 9th were all probably going to get screwed outta that. THANKS SE! making this the most hell ive gone through for a game. BUT! i love the game so much and just WANT TO PLAY, ill wait.
