They've made a perfectly good game, one of the funnest MMOs I've ever had the joy of testing,
why would they treat their customers like this?

NA PS3, 7 days were added to my incorrect account. My correct account still says inactive. Earlier this AM my incorrect account was down to 23 days. Still waiting on my escalated ticket(last Thursday PM)
looks like I need 2 try and get support again they give the 7 fing days to the wrong service account wtf!!!
Just got my 7 days... On service account 2. Guess the CS rep that I talked to last night knew what he was talking about.
what the fucking fuck, 2nd time today, i get no agent, wasted over 3 hours in queue, they are supposed to be open.. i am losing it, this isn't support, this is torture
the dont fix the user's services account 1, but the add the 7 days to ur wrong services account 2
how come a company policy to make this duty to the staff to do meanless work
