Just make every trash mob drop a tombstone and lower the boss tombstone rewards and it will sort itself out.

Or drop gil rewards that make the trash worthwhile to clear and not the laughable 700 gil worth from a chest that is given to one random member in a group of 4 at level 50.

They do drop gil... every 4-5 mobs I see I've obtained 1 gil. Rejoice!!!
