    I wasn't lucky today. I waited until 9 am PDT and 2 hours after, I had to go to work. I left my GF trying but she wasn't lucky either (At the end, it's just a matter of luck, it seems). I tried from my cellphone and I got the damned "no agents available" message. How on earth could that happen?! how can I get to the first possition in a queue and being disposed like that?! Geez, this is pissing me off beyond the levels of the existence! I hope I get a solution tomorrow.

    Also, I live outside of the USA, so I can't contact them via phone. I'm limited to the live chat option. So, well... I hope that those 7 free days can activate my account, so while I try to get my 30 days (or wait 'till they resume the digital downloads so I can buy it again), I can play a little. This is sad. I curse you SE...!1one!

    Finally got through on the phone, after the 4th try of getting hung up on after 2 hours. I called at 8:57pm EST(5:57PST) knowing that they close at 9pm/6pm I got through after about an hour and fifteen minutes and the agent fixed everything right there after being on hold for about 5 minutes.

    I dunno what is wrong with their live chat but it always got to 1 in the queue for me and then no one to help me start again at the back of the line. Did it on all 5 of my computers and my 2 phones and my laptop with 4 different internet connections so nothing in common between them all to have the same problem.

    PC/NA fixed finally.

    It seems if you can call then the best time is right when they open at noon EST 9am PST is the best if you can't call then then hammer it to get through the busy signal just before they close it helped to have 2 phones one of them never got past the busy signal.

    I've checked my mog station and email pretty much all day today since I got through at 2:30pm (EST) and still nothing. I'm just really hoping that there will be something waiting in my email inbox tomorrow or that I'll see 1 service account instead of 2. At least I hope I'll have my 7 days back after maintenance is done so that way I can play while it gives them time to fix my accounts. Good luck to everyone and have a good night.

    EDIT: BTW after I had gotten off the phone with that agent my open ticket went from open to please respond to closed in a matter of an hour. I hope that is a good sign. :/

    Well I almost forgot I had the live chat window up on my laptop and when I came back it was at 7 so I decided to keep it open expecting to see it fail but it went through so I'm guessing these guys are working overtime tonight. Heres a transcription of my chat regarding my PS3 split.

    Agent Thomas A: Hello and thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX Customer Support. Just a few moments while I review your question, please.

    Agent Thomas A: The ticket that you provided at the start of this chat is insufficient for me to provide assistance with this issue.

    In order to assist with this, I need a special ticket. Please provide me the ticket # if you have filled it out or please visit http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...la=1&kid=68225 to do so.
    You: The ticket number I provided was the number that I was given when I filled out the online form in regards to setting service to wrong account.
    You: Was there another number I was to be given at that time?
    Agent Thomas A: Its not sufficient for this case.
    Agent Thomas A: Please fill out a ticket from the link I provided.
    You: one moment please

    You: Is that a valid ticket?
    Agent Thomas A: Yes, can I get your name?

    Agent Thomas A: This takes some time to escalate. As its a PS3 issue I cannot resolve it and I will need to escalate the account. We will be notifying you when it has been resolved.

    So they lost my first ticket number or invalidated it so filling out the online form was just wasted time. I followed their rules and they say I did it wrong, what a bunch of idiots! If you have the split account issue get ahold of these guys because apparently filling out the online form does nothing but keep you off their back for a couple of days. What a crazy clusterfvck this whole thing has become. Good luck to the rest of you!

    Edit: So he says its a PS3 issue and there is nothing he can do about it, this tells me that this has to go through higher level SE/PS3 database registration so Sony has to be involved somehow to get the old code removed from the PS3 account and re married again to the correct PS3 user account and proper SE service account. Obviously Sony will not switch things for us so I don't think pestering them will do any good at this point.

    I got my issue sorted just now by holding on the live chat window even though the time expired. It was fixed immediately.

    Slim chance that'll do anything. Sony will take just as long whether we spam them or not. Maybe even more so, if we do spam them. I say just be patient. Customer Service is crap unless the divisions that can actually do something are involved. Like what happened with Europe support on Saturday. I don't believe Sony support can do anything at this point.
