I must admit, now that my problem is solved all the hate and insanity has left my body. FFXIV is really a great game and the only reason I put up with all that crap is because I wanted to play it so bad.

That is why I'm putting up with all this bullshit. I got to play the game and love it. If it wasn't for that I'd be GONE. Part of the reason I'm getting super pissed though is because my boyfriend (whose account I'm forced to post under as I can't get past character selection screen) has been able to play uninterrupted on PC next to me well I just twittle my thumbs and lurk in forums trying to figure out what to do. He is actually on vacation now, he took his last week of it so he and I could play together and...well...it's going to complete waste :/

It's a bit concerning though. SE points to Sony and Sony points to SE... SE said they're waiting for codes from Sony but Sony claims they have no part in this...I'm worried no ones doing anything but thinking things are getting done. Because, you know, SE has terrible communications as it is I wouldn't put it past them.

I've just dealt with similar situations like this before and I found that bugging them really doesn't speed up the process. You're better off doing something else with your time. You win the battle till they announce when the PS3 codes will be given out. I forgot to say that the NA guy claimed they just now received a butt load of PC codes to supply. I'll take that with a grain of salt, but that would explain the amount of PC user fixes in this forum.

Someone was told earlier that you have to contact them somehow and give them some information to have it escalated.

I was crying, I hated SE, I wanted to do a chargeback.

I got through CS just before closing time, they fixed everything. Square-Enix is the best, their CS is the best. I love them to death. Life is wonderbar.
