    I just had Agent Thomas A solve the issue for me in about 10 minutes (after 1.5hr of waiting on chat). Asked me questions to verify my identity and then fixed it. Also restored 30 days of free time.

    YESSS! My account is finally fixed. I got a hold of an agent today at 11:40 via live chat and got my ticket escalated. My account was fixed by the time I got home.

    People who keep saying your accounts are being fixed....can you please tell us if you are PC or PS3? Please, please!! I wan't to know if there is any hope for us PS3 users or not. I'd rather KNOW that there isn't so I stop obsessing over this rather than wondering.
